Microsoft rarely has a commercial success as a manufacturer of consumer electronics. However, I have always been sympathetic to Zunes for I really like the desktop software that comes with it; it is much more refined than the iTunes (not up to par with the rest of the Apple software). Got Zune HD 32gb yesterday, and I cannot be happier. I do desire the ability to connect to non-broadcasting wifi networks - this is a serious flaw for my setup.
