This device is wonderful. I have to admit that I have never owned an IPOD of any sort, but I have used friends IPODs and Phones and in my opinion this is a superior device. Every single aspect of the Zune experience is fantastic. I'm not going to go into detail on each feature, it has been done and they are all correct. Do not listen to the negative reviews that were copied and pasted from an IPOD fan site, check out YOUTUBE, other reviews on here, and make sure they are independant. There are fanboys from both sides who will say anything for their company. There are more than enough positive reviews of this device to convince you that they are not all biased.
I love my new zunhd but since I and stationed in Japan there are alot of features I can't even use because of the country restrictions. I can't use the HD Radio, or rent movies, but even without those features It's still great. I can't wait till I get back to the states and try them out. My fiance is deployed to Afghanistan and I've ordered her one as well. She wants it for watching movies and playing games cause she doesn't have a laptop. She's planning on getting the zunepass to have all the music she wants.
