I just put my I-Touch up on E-Bay. I bought the ZUNE HD yesterday and can't put it down. The screen is the clearest out and the touch screen works like a charm. Volume is clearer than the I-touch and it's a much nicer looking player. Another plus is your not limited to Apples I-Tunes. The Zune plays all the formats out there accept for apples. Real Player lets you download any music you want from you tube now. Don't second guess it. Zune HD will be the best player you ever owned.
