I've used many PMP's from Ipod touch to Cowon and Archos, this is the best of all of them hardware-wise. The Zune HD's screen is breathtakingly clear. The processor is by far the fastest I've experienced on a PMP and the organization of files is very user friendly. However software wise the Zune has great potential.
