As I sit here with my new Zune HD in my hot little hand, I am beyond stunned to learn that the Zune software will not install on Windows XP 64 bit version.
I suppose Microsoft finds it more important to try to force me to downgrade to Vista 64 instead of making a happy customer. And no, I am not one of those mindless Apple fanboys that hates everything Microsoft, but I definitely feel their hate right now.
That all being said, I've found a few hacks for older versions of the Zune software, but none seem to work for the newest version(s).
Is my only option to really send this back? I really do want this to work for me without having to change my O/S, which is absolutely ridiculous.
