The Zune HD is the best thing that ever happened to me. I was so surprised how hassle-free and easy to use the new software and UI are. The selections of music and videos is excellent. The software is wayy less buggy than itunes, it loaded in less than 2 seconds. The audio quality is supurb and my overall impression is that this is better than any ipod or pmp.
