I've had the Zune HD for a few hours and can say that from just today's experience, it's been the been the most user-friendly device I've used in quite some time. The transition from my Toshiba Gigabeat only took about an hour and a half and happened without a single error of any kind. Performance of the device was more than snappy, audio is crisp and rich in harmonics, and the screen is vivid and beautifully crafted.
